So if Peter Stravinskas wants to "warn" Roman Catholics against debating me, let me add a few items. If you want a debate where your opponent does not study your position nor accurately represent your position, do not debate James White. If you want a debate where the resultant video recordings are not given wide distribution or clips allowed to be posted on YouTube, do not debate James White. Meanwhile, let's ponder the real reason why Peter Stravinskas wants control over video clip posting of any debates:

Amazing.......non-Catholics like to think they are soooo analytical. Of course Protestants are their own authority. And of course every Christian knows where the Bible came from.....the Catholic Church gave it to us.
ReplyDeleteYet, those Protestants like to think they have greater authority (themselves) than the only Church founded by Jesus Christ. Interesting.
Jesus did not found the Catholic church. There was no Roman Catholic Church in the first century with the traditions and dogmas you see today. The Bible did not come from the Roman Catholic Church. It predates the first Roman Bishop. I'd bet you are a Roman Catholic, by this viewpoint on history your taking.
ReplyDeleteIf you debate James White he will manipulate the debate, posting it with his own framing introduction, while providing a running written commentary which, not allowing any comment from anyone. It is quite manipulative. He is shallowly theological. I am a protestant, but I like to see fair honest debate.
ReplyDeleteI have watched the full debate, and can truely say that to hear Dr. White refer to Fr. Stravinskas as Sir is a reflection of Dr. White's lack of humility, and Christian charity. Fr. Stravinskas is a holy priest who has been misinterpreted by Dr. White, in my opinion.
