This was a very timely interview in the Jude3Project channel. I enjoyed listening to Dr. Neichelle Guidry and she had a lot of things to say that I had never of before from a female point of view. I had heard that the #MeToo movement was originally started by a black woman but Dr Guidry was able to put it in the context of the Church's responsibility to help men and women who are in such dire straits. On top of that she touched on the gender violence depicted in the Bible.

Woman walks through market holding severed head of man who tried… | The Angry Black Woman
I just heard this news.
Woman walks through market holding severed head of man who tried… | The Angry Black Woman
Crowds in a busy market fled in terror as a woman walked among them holding aloft the severed head of a man who had attacked her.I have a couple of problems with the article: How is it murder since she was defending herself? She was wasn't just protecting her dignity but also her very life. If it had been my mother, sister, cousin, auntie, and sepecially my wife or daughter, I 'd have no problem with that kind of self-defense. All around the world these days people seem to think they can rape others without consequence. It seems to me that is should be obvious of how evil it is but it seems to be lost on a lot of people - those who do it. And it's not just in Afghanistan or Egypt or India or Congo but here too! Because there evil men can't understand that it's wrong to rape people, maybe some of them need to loose their heads to get the message.
Covered in blood, she held the head high like a trophy, said police - her way of showing that she had delivered her own kind of justice to her attacker.
The gruesome scene was played out in Makkapurva village, 170 miles south east of the Indian city of Lucknow, where, last night, the woman was being held behind bars.
The murder took place 100 miles from the Indian city of Lucknow
According to police officer Ram Bharose, the unnamed 35-year-old woman had sliced off the man’s head with a sickle she had been using to cut grass near her village.
‘She was getting grass for her cattle when the man came up from behind her and tried to sexually assault her,’ said Mr Bharose.
‘In a bid to save her dignity, she turned on him and during a struggle managed to chop off his head with the sickle.

Lara Logan Speaks Out About Assault In Egypt: 'They Raped Me With Their Hands' (VIDEO)
I'm still shocked that this happened to someone and it seems that nothing official will happen to them who did this to her. It almost seems like the attitude is that Lara Logan shouldn't have been there anyway because she was a woman and she should have known that it wasn't safe. I just don't understand that. This should never happen to anyone but it seems to happen all too often all over the world. IT is not just in Egypt. It's not just Muslims. It's just wrong. I think she was singled out because she is white and blond. This kind of thing has got to stop. I'll be praying for Lara Logan and her family.

THE INTERSECTION | MADNESS & REALITY: Jamal Parris, One Of Eddie Long's Accusers Speak; And I Understand And Believe Him
I don't agree with all of the blogger's views expressed on his site, but I've got to admit that this post is not just well-written but it's also heartfelt. It really bothers me that there so many people who have gone through this kind of abuse. It's horrible. I haven't personally dealt with this so I cannot and would not suggest that I know what someone in this position feels like, I don't. The things is I still really believe that Jesus can help anyone in this situation. Things like sexual abuse of others comes from not knowing who you are and misusing others. This is caused by sin. Not of the victim's but the perpetrator's sins. God can fix this and any situation.
