On the cross, Jesus said…

“Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do.”

Are Christians expected to forgive like this?

If so, is Christianity killing the West - causing us to embrace suicidal empathy?

“Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.”

Are Jesus’ words (quoted by Erika Kirk) on the cross a universal principle that Christians are to forgive everyone that sins against them unconditionally? Joel Webbon (@rightresponsem) responds. pic.twitter.com/7Uewepsfj0
