#MeToo | Dr. Neichelle Guidry

This was a very timely interview in the Jude3Project channel. I enjoyed listening to Dr. Neichelle Guidry and she had a lot of things to say that I had never of before from a female point of view. I had heard that the #MeToo movement was originally started by a black woman but Dr Guidry was able to put it in the context of the Church's responsibility to help men and women who are in such dire straits. On top of that she touched on the gender violence depicted in the Bible.

The Urban Perspective - Pastor James White Responds to Apologist James ...

Here is a video from the Urban Perspective broadcast. On it, they discuss Dr James R White's Dividing Line podcast in which he talked about racism and how it affects the Church. I saw his video pretty soon after he broadcasted and because of my own experience I didn't agree with everything he said. Dr White cannot see his own privileges due to his race or how a person's race influences how they interact with society inside and outside the church. These brothers do a great job of explaining the issues and I agreed with them. Unfortunately, I don't think Dr James R White will listen to them.

WHAT IS NEW APOSTOLIC REFORMATION (NAR)?

This video really helped me understand what "New Apostolic Apologetics" is and why Michael Brown and James White condemned it. It truly is a heresy. Vocab Malone and his guests really bring that out. I had never heard of this movement cult before this week.

God Sends Non-Christians to Hell??? (Dr John Lennox)

Check out the following video clip from an interview with John Lennox where he tackles the question about if its correct that unbelievers go to hell. He uses a similar argument that CS Lewis used when he answered the same question.


I don't fully agree with the argument because I think it falls on the fact each one of us can only choose hell aside from the grace of God.

"I Am A Slave" - The Roots Meet Schoolhouse Rock - black-ish

Okay. I'm going to show my age but I was so pleased by the following clip from Blackish season 1, episode 1 in which we get a quick history lesson on what slavery in America really is. It is sad. It is informative. It is really something everyone needs to see. It is hilarious because it's also a parody of the "I'm Just a Bill" segment in the School House Rock series.
