I've blogged about real-life applications of technology seen in science fiction like Iron Man. I like this. I've been following developments of such suits in Japan and in America ever since I was an undergraduate. I really would like to get into this tech. Today Comics Alliance posted a great article on the HAL suit developed in Japan. Looks like the Japanese are really close to the ideal. Much farther than I though.
